     Have you ever seen a group of people in a park or open space practicing slow and flowing movements in a synchronized fashion? That’s Tai Chi.

    Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that can be practiced by people of all ages and abilities. It can enhance existing martial arts skills, complement any other physical activity or be of benefit on its own. Tai Chi improves balance and flexibility and reduces stress. It is non-aerobic, not strenuous and individuals progress at their own pace.

    The study of Tai Chi at Dynamic Martial Arts incorporates Qi Gong (pronounced: chee-kung) exercises that improve circulation and promote deep breathing and overall good health
